Estellina Simoneaux

Estellina P. Simoneaux December 8, 1918 January 3, 2011 Estellina P. Simoneaux a lifelong resident of Morgan City passed away on Monday, January 3, 2011 at Morgan City Health Care. Estellina was a devout catholic; she also enjoyed reading and traveling with her family. Estellina is survived by her two sons: Lennis Simoneaux Jr. and his wife, Julie of Morgan City and John Simoneaux and his wife, Gayle of Pineville; two daughters: Mary Lynne Verrett and her husband, Jim of Morgan City and Kay Hayes of Woodland Park, Colorado; seven grandchildren: Jimmy Verrett Jr., Corey Verrett, Shelly Vahsholtz, Glenn Hayes, Ryan Hayes, Byron and Steven Simoneaux; ten great grandchildren and a very special caregiver, Elizabeth Jones. Estellina was preceded in death by her husband, Lennis Simoneaux; her parents, Clebert and Virginia Pierce; five sisters: Justillia Smith, Margaret Campos, Mable Grabert, Mildred Castelano and Anna Harrell. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 6, 2011 beginning at 8:30am until 10:30am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum. Twin City Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
