Enola Mary Boudreaux, 85, beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, entered into the glory of her eternal life on Monday June 13, 2011 at her residence in Brownsville, TX surrounded by her loving family.
Enola was born on December 21, 1925 in Morgan City, and she moved to Brownsville in 1949. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She will be profoundly missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Left to eternally treasure her memory is her loving husband of 66 years, Wallace J. Boudreaux; her children, Carlette Boudreaux Hebert, and husband Howard, W. J. Boudreaux, Jr. and wife Mary, Penny Loupe and husband Bobby; daughter-in-law, Alma Boudreaux; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Enola was preceded in death by her son, Michael Boudreau; a daughter, Charlette Boudreaux; two grandsons, Bobby Loupe, Jr., Morgan Boudreaux; two sisters, Daisy Boudreaux, Pat Comeaux.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 17, 2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at Twin City Funeral Home with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM. Visitation will resume from 10:00 AM until 12:30 PM on Friday, June 17, 2011 at the funeral home. Enola will be laid to rest in Morgan City Cemetery.
