Samuel Guy Walters Jr. September 10, 1942 July 7, 2011 Samuel Guy Walters Jr. a native of Yazoo City, Miss and a resident of Patterson passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Guy was very active in his life. He was a franchise owner of the Independent International Wrestling Federation, a member of Citizens Band Radio known as “Outcast”, the owner and Captain of the “Miss Prissy” shrimp boat and involved with Walters Trucking. Guy is survived by his companion of many years, Christine Martin of Patterson; one son, Samuel G. Walters III of Yazoo City, Miss; one daughter, Tammy Durapau Jenkins and her husband, Chris of Yazoo City, Miss.; one brother: William Lee Walters of Winter Haven, FL.; two sisters: Barbara Brown Dinger and her husband, Bertrand of Baton Rouge and Janice Brown Hebert and her husband, Geary of Brookhaven, Miss.; six grandchildren: Oliver David III, Caroyln and Kayla Chislom, Mitchell Wayne, Leann and Joseph Jenkins and Joshua Carpenter; seven great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews. Guy was preceded in death by his wife, Angelina Durapau Walters; mother and step-father, Louise and Bobby Earl Brown; his father, Samuel Guy Walters Sr.; two children: infant, Charles Walters and Priscilla Walters Chislom. Visitation will be held at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 4pm until 9pm on Friday, July 8, 2011 with a service beginning at 8pm.
