Armond "Buddy" Anthony Picou

Armond "Buddy" Anthony Picou, 68, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011 at his home. Armond was born September 7, 1942 the son of Armond Joseph and Evelia Mary Rhodes Picou. Later in life he married Catherine Sue Carter and she survives. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Kathy Lince; two sons, Michael Picou and David James Picou; five granddaughters; one grandson; one sister, Helen Pilgrim; three brothers, Regan Picou, Ralph Picou, and Ervin Picou. Armond was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Maryanne Carter; two brothers, Alton Picou and Earl Picou. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will resume from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Armond will be laid to rest in Morgan City Cemetery immediately following the funeral services.
