Anthony Claverie

Anthony Claverie, 34, a native of New Orleans, and a resident of Amelia, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Anthony was born on October 3, 1976 in New Orleans the son of James Claverie and Sherilyn Bartley. He is survived by his parents; fiancé, Gina Ackman, of Amelia; two daughters, Ginelle Claverie, of Amelia, Keriyate Lewis, of New Iberia; two brothers, Michael Bartley, of Baton Rouge, Lance Bartley, of Patterson; one sister, Simone Bartley of Baton Rouge. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, August 22, 2011 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday at the funeral home. Anthony will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
