Crystal Dale Lombas, 47, a resident of Bayou Vista, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at her home.
Crystal was born on May 29, 1965 in Baton Rouge the daughter of Mack John Lombas Jr. and Francis Fay Allen.
Crystal loved spending time with her family where she was known as the sentimental one. She always made sure that everyone was up to date on important dates and family events. She was an avid pool player and was a member of the APA Pool League. She enjoyed watching New Orleans Saints football games with her family and also loved to watch her son at his swim meets. She loved being on the beach at the ocean and also loved listening to Elvis and Bob Marley music.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her mother, Francis Fay Sanford and her husband Billy of Walker; two sons, Javin DeHart and wife Kimiyo of Seattle Washington, Quinn Michael DeHart of Bayou Vista; two grandchildren, Javin DeHart Jr. and Sahra DeHart both of Seattle; two brothers, Mack John Lombas III and Jamie Thomas and wife Melissa, both of Bayou Vista; two sisters, Rechelle Thibodeaux and husband Richard of Houston, Texas and Megan Lombas of Patterson; step-mother, Janis Lombas of Patterson; one step-brother, Kevin Sanford of Prairieville; one step-sister, Deana Sarradet of Erwinville; five nieces; one nephew; one great-niece.
She was preceded in death by her father, Mack John Lombas Jr.; grandparents, Hulen and Anna Belle Allen and Mack John Lombas Sr. and Eula Lombas; one uncle, David Allen; one step-brother Kirby Sanford.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Twin City Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Carroll officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will resume from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at the funeral home. Crystal will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
