Viola Catherine Ware

Viola Catherine Ware, 99, a resident of Morgan City passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Patterson Healthcare Center. Viola was born on March 15, 1913 in Little Rock, Arkansas the daughter of John and Lizzie Shader Hoffman. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Thomas E. Ware Jr. and wife Wanda of Morgan City; five grandchildren, Terri Ware of Austin, Texas, Christy Sears and husband Alex of Venice, California, Wes Ware and wife Patty of Little Rock, Arkansas, Kathy Dahlin of Katy, Texas, Lisa Charpentier of Baldwin. She is also survived by three nieces, Phyllis Grimes of Malvern, Arkansas, Belva Marie Waugh of New Town, Pennsylvania, Jean Christen, of Hollis, Oklahoma; one nephew Lloyd Hoffman and wife Betty of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Viola was preceded in death by her parents John Hoffman and Lizzie Shader Hoffman; husband, Edward Ware Sr.; six brothers and sisters. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Inurnment will take place in the Calvary Cemetery in North Little Rock following mass. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home.
