Glenn Arthur Boyd

Glenn Arthur Boyd, 52, a resident of Stephensville passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Glenn was born on January 20, 1961 in Hillsville, Virginia the son of Glenn Preston and Sherry Allen Boyd. Glenn loved spending time with his family and many friends. He enjoyed shooting pool, watching NASCAR races, but most of all he enjoyed riding his Harley. Glenn was the Commander of the American Legion Riders Post 96 in Morgan City. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his fiancé, Shirley Borer of Stephensville; two sisters, Melanie Burcham and Charlene LaForce. He was preceded in death by his parents Glenn Preston Boyd and Sherry Allen Boyd; one sister, Laura Boyd Evans. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home with a time of reflection and remembrance at 8:00 p.m.
