Robert Michael Gasek

Robert Michael Gasek July 5, 1956 August 15, 2013 Robert Michael Gasek, 57, a native of Houston, Texas and a resident of Morgan City went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at his residence. Robert was a very kind and considerate person who went out of his way for someone who needed help. He was a great person to be around and enjoyed making people laugh, especially when he played air guitar. Robert was also a very good musician and was loved by his family and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Robert is survived by his son, Chris Gasek and wife, Kristina of Ava, MO; one daughter, Jennifer Gasek and fiancée, Kristopher Breeding of Ava, MO; ten grandchildren: Rion, Zoe, Danny, Amber, Kristopher, Alexis, Kobi, Grace, Roman and Jackson; one sister, Cathy Cade Lloyd of TX, two former wives: Debbie Dean Tidwell of Ava, MO and Wendy Robicheaux Gasek of Morgan City along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Wanda Gasek; two sisters: Jeanette Hebert and Sharon Cross and one brother, Butch Gasek. There will be a Memorial Service held on Monday, August 19, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 4pm until 8pm.
