Danny Duval Jr.

Danny “DJ” James Duval Jr., 22, a native of Morgan City and resident of Gibson, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Thibodaux Regoinal Medical Center. DJ is the son of Danny Sr. and Bernadine Bourgeois Duval of Gibson. DJ is survived by his parents, Danny James Duval Sr. and Bernadine Bourgeois Duval of Gibson, one brother, Joshua James Duval of Gibson, his grandmother, Audrey Bougeois of Gibson, his Uncles; Roland Duval Jr. and his wife Doris, Earl Duval and his wife Regina, Michael Duval and his wife Janice, Charles Duval and his wife Angela, Rickey Duval, Vincent Bourgeois and his wife Alana , Michael Bourgeois and his wife Beulah, Francis Bourgeois, Patrick Bourgeois and his wife Sylvia, his Aunts; Kathy Ratcliff and her husband Cyrus, Janet Aucoin and her husband Earl, Patricia Robisheaux and her husband Solly. Numerous cousins also survive DJ. DJ was preceded in death by his grandparent’s, Roland Duval Sr. and Marion Duval, Ira Bourgeois, his uncle, Mark Duval and two cousins, Troy Ratcliff and Amber Pierceson. The family will receive friends, Friday, May 2, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 6pm until 9pm. The visitation will resume Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Twin City Funeral from 9am until 10:30am. A Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 11am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. DJ will be laid to rest in Morgan City Cemetery.
