Horace Joseph Richard September 10, 1937 September 27, 2013 Horace Joseph Richard, 76, a native of Belle River and a long time resident of Morgan City passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Horace will be lovingly remember by his two brothers: Jimmy Richard and wife, Linda of Morgan City and Hamilton Richard and wife, Frankie of Stephensville; one sister, Laura Payne and husband, Vernon of Stark, LA along with numerous nieces and nephews. Horace was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Angelina Grow Richard; two brothers: Eugene and Ervin Richard and one sister, Ellen Duval. Visitation will take place at Twin City Funeral Home on Monday, September 30, 2013 beginning at 9am until time of service at 2pm. He will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the service.
