Charles Crandall Sr.

Charles H. Crandall Sr., 58, a resident of Ricohoc and a native of Pascagoula, Miss., passed away, Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Charles loved his family, spoiling his wife, children and grandchildren. Charles was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and crawfishing he especially like eating the crawfish. Charles liked to have a good time at family gathering. Charles liked country western music and dancing. Charles is survived by his loving wife, Peggy Richard Crandall of Ricohoc, two sons; Charles Crandall Jr. and his fiancee Crystal Quibodeaux of Ricohoc, Scott K. Crandall and his wife Jessica of Patterson, two daughters, Angel C. Ribardi of Patterson, Katie L Buck and her fiancee Jimmie Rineholt III of Centerville, two brothers, Paul Crandall and his wife Rhonda of TX, Daniel Hall and his wife Karen of LaPlace, four sisters; Becky Aucoin and her husband Edward Sr. of Stephensville, Star McCorkle of Tenn., Cheryl Bell of Tenn., Mary Lou Bennett and her husband John of Gauthier, Miss. Charles is also survived by seven grandchildren, Nesa Buck, Reese Ribardi, Jason Ribardi Jr., Cloe Rineholt, Jasmine Crandall, Landon Crandall, Jada Quibodeaux. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Glendon and Frances Virginia Fitzpatrick Crandall, three brothers, Thomas Crandall Jr., Harvey Crandall, Cecil Crandall, one son-in-law, Jacob Buck and his nephew Brandon Teeters. The family will receive friends, Monday, May 26, 2008 at Calumet Baptist Church from 9am until 10pm, the visitation will resume Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 8am until 2pm. The funeral service will commence at 2pm with Rev. Johnathan Jenkins officiating. Charles will be laid to rest in Centerville Presbyterian Cemetery.
