Susan S. Bowen

Susan B. Bowen, 58 a resident of Berwick passed away Monday, November 18, 2013 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Susan was born on October 24, 1955 in Richmond, Missouri the daughter of Jack Jett and Ruth Smith Stadey. Susan loved being in the outdoors experiencing all that life had to offer. She enjoyed tending to her plants and flowers as well as loved going fishing. She also enjoyed being out on the water crawfishing or shrimping. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her father, Jack Jett of Brookfield, Mo.; husband Virgil Bowen of Berwick; two sons Chad Young and wife Malinda of Parkville, Mo., Michael Herndon; one grandson, Kaydin Young of Parkville, Mo.; two sisters, Jackie McQueen and Diane Hall. Susan was preceded in death by her mother. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
