Beatrice O. Toups Thompson

Beatrice O. Toups Thompson, 87, a native of Morgan City and a resident of Berwick went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 13, 2014 at Morgan City Health Care. Beatrice is survived by her son, Slade Thompson of Berwick; one daughter, Heisler McKay of Berwick; two grandsons: Seth Thompson and Kiel Carline; three great grandchildren: Kole, Brad and Sadie Carline; one great-great grandson; two brothers: Lawrence Toups and Barbara of Berwick and Clarence Toups and Pricilla of Bayou Vista; three sisters: Patsy Carter and Roy of Arkansas, Gloria Adams of Berwick and Helen Blanco of Morgan City. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Hallie Thompson; parents, William and Battistine Toups along with five brothers and sisters. There will be a Graveside service for Beatrice on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 2:00pm in the Morgan City Cemetery. Monsignor Courville of St. Stephens Catholic Church of Berwick will be officiating.
