Rose Romero

Rose Mae Daigle Romero, 84, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away, Sunday June 22,2008 at Morgan City Health Care. Rose was a member of the St. Mary Parish AARP and also a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. She is survived by her two Daughter’s: Margaret Orgeron and Charlotte Wiggins, two Sister’s: Margie Scully and Irene Scully, one brother: E.J. Daigle . Rose is also survived by 11 Grand children, 18 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband: Vincent “ Manny” Romero Jr., two daughters, Rose Vidrene and Rita Sheets, her Parent’s, Joseph Daigle and Blanche Aucoin Bourgeois, three brother, Willie, Alfred and Joseph Daigle and one sister, Edna Percle. Visitation will be held, Tuesday June 24, 2008 from 9:00am until 2:00pm at Twin City Funeral Home. Funeral service will commence at 2pm at Twin City Funeral Home. Rose will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
