Darlene Marie Bonin

Darlene Marie Bonin, 55, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away, Monday, June 30, 2008 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Darlene is survived by her fiancee, Leroy Gros of Morgan City, five daughters: Lana Crappell and her husband Herbert Jr. of Patterson, Jennifer Orgeron and her fiancee Ricky Daley of Bayou Pigeon, Deanna Hillebran and her husband Cliff of Morgan City, Sherrie Edwards and her husband William Jr. of Plaquemine, Kacy Bonin and her fiancee Eddie Norman Jr. of Morgan City, one step-daughter, Shantel Hello of Gray, two sisters; Brenda Stansbury of Morgan City and Lisa Willis of Covington. Darlene is also survived by 11 grandchildren: Courtney, Chase and Erin Crappell, Nicole and Kayla Aucoin, Breanna and Tate Hillebran, Landon and William Edwards IV, Autumn and Kelsea Norman and one great grandchild, Cole Morris. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, Rollins and Carol Boudreaux Anslum, one grandchild, Michaela Edwards and two brothers, Charles and Larry Anslum. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 6pm until 9pm. The visitation will resume, Thursday, July 3, 2008 from 8am until 2pm. The funeral service will commence at 2pm. Darlene will be laid to rest in Morgan City Cemetery.
