Jessie Boyce Cobbs Jr.

Jessie Boyce Cobbs Jr. 48, a resident of Berwick and native of Morgan City, passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008 in Berwick. Jessie is the son of Jessie B. Cobbs Sr. and Ella Lombas. Jessie was and out going man who enjoyed his life and everything in it. Jessie will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jessie is survived by his wife, Sally H. Cobbs of Berwick, one son, David Lodrigue of LA., his parents Jessie Sr. and Ella Lombas Cobbs of Berwick, one brother, Robert J. Cobbs of Berwick, four sisters; Lois Arceneaux and her husband Charles Jr. of Berwick, Jeannie Barrick and her husband Richard II of Berwick, Wendy Adams and her husband Kevin of Patterson and Lisa Chapman and her husband Mike of Berwick. His grandmother, Lorena Lombas, 5 nieces and 4 nephews also survive Jessie. Jessie was preceded in death by his son, Robert Martin Cobbs, one nephew, Michael James Chapman, Grandparents, Robert Martin Sr. and Eloise Cobbs, and Grandfather, Frank Lombas. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 24, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 10 A.M. until 2 P.M. The memorial service will begin at 2 P.M.
