Richard Jones Jr.

Richard “Dickey” Jones Jr., 80, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at his residence. Dickey is survived by his two brothers, Ivan Jones Sr. of Morgan City and Paul Jones, one sister, Diane Morvant of Erath, La. Dicky is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Dickey was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Jones Sr. and Pearl Lancon. Visitation will be held Monday, August 11, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 6pm until 9pm. Resuming Tuesday, August 12, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 10am until 2pm. Funeral services will begin at 2pm. Dickey will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
