Michael Domangue

Michael Domangue, 59, a resident of Morgan City and a native of Corpus Christi, TX., passed away Thursday, August 21, 2008 in New Orleans. Michael was a Vietnam Veteran, He served with the 173rd Airborne Brigade from 1968 – 1974. Michael was a very talented guitar player who loved to play his music. Michael will be missed by friends and family. Michael is survived by his parents, Herman and Margaret Keller Domangue, two sons, Joey Domangue and his wife Brittnie, David and his wife Courtney, two Grandchildren, Drake and Kynlee Domangue, four sisters; Linda D. Stephens and her husband Charlie, Nancy D. Bernard and her husband Shane, Cheryl D. Pennison and her husband Glenn, Karen D. Van Suffelen and her husband Rick. Several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Paula McNemar, also survive Michael. Michael was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Maggie and Stephen Domangue Sr., Anna and Harry Keller. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 23, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 9am until 2pm. The funeral service will commence at 2pm with Brother Nolen Borel of First United Pentecostal Church officiating. Michael will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
