Emma Lou Sauce

Emma Lou Sauce, 69, a resident of Berwick and a native of Morgan City, passed away Monday, September 8, 2008 at the Morgan City Health Center. Emma is survived by two sons, Jeffery Baumgardner of TX, Eric Baumgardner of TX, two daughters, Lisa Brown and her husband Eddy of Bayou Vista, Cheryl Duhon and her husband Chester of Lafayette. Five brothers; Buddy Crochet of Morgan City, Tuddy Crochet and his wife Mona of Gibson, Kenneth Crochet of White Castle, Pony Crochet of DeQuincy, Gerald Crochet and his wife Janice of Livingston, three sisters; Catherine Kirkland of Livingston, Geraldine Ashley of Berwick and Dianne Crochet of Berwick. Six grandchildren, Priscilla Baumgardner, Victoria Baumgardner, Joseph Landry, Brittany Landry, Devon Duhon, Megan Duhon and one great-grandchild also survive Emma. Emma was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Crochet Sr. and Flavia Giroir Crochet and her brothers and sisters, Acklin Crochet, Bruce Crochet, Calma Trahan, Phyllis Crochet and Beverly Crochet. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 9am until 2pm. Funeral services will commence at 2pm. Emma will be laid to rest in Berwick Cemetery.
