Clamey Antoine Lombes III

CJ “Clamey A. Lombes III”, 53, a resident of Bayou Vista and born in Franklin, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Teche Regional Medical Center. CJ was a member of The National “Hog” Harley Owners Group, a member of the N.R.A. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved any excuse to ride his Harley. He loved the Lord and was a very faith filled man. CJ is survived by his wife Charlene Fike Lombes of Bayou Vista, one son, Chanse John Lombes of Lafayette and fiancé Cherrie Nini , two daughters, Rebecca Lombes DesOrmeaux and her husband Shane of Duson, Sarah Elizabeth Lombes and grandson Kobi Lombes of Bayou Vista, his mother, Irma Sons Lombes, three sisters, Johanna Bonvillian and her Husband Gary of Patterson, Dezra Davis and her husband Buddy of Broussard and Donna Alicina and her husband Mark of Morgan City. CJ is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. CJ was preceded in death by his father, Jake “Clamey Lombes Jr.”, his grandparents, Clamey Lombes Sr. and Annie Rink Lombes, Jullian Justin Sons and Lydia Granier Sons. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 6pm until 9pm. Resuming Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 8am until 12:30pm. Funeral service will be held at Cornerstone Ministries at 1pm. CJ will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
