Mayola Ann Daigle October 8, 1945 September 1, 2014 Mayola Ann Daigle, 68, a lifelong resident of Morgan City passed away on Monday, September 1, 2014 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Mayola is survived by her husband of 49 years, Alfred Daigle Sr. of Patterson; one daughter, Stephanie Daigle and her fiancée, Todd Mercer of Patterson; two sons: Alfred Daigle Jr. of Patterson and Aubrey Daigle and wife, Vera of Kinder; 12 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; five brothers: Sterling Fryou, Sherfey Fryou, Curtis Fryou, Cleveland Fryou and Roy Fryou along with three sisters: Judy LaCost, Joanne Alfa and Dale Uzzo. Mayola was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Bertha Wiggins Fryou; one daughter, Pamela Daigle; three sons: Roger, Tracy and Troy Daigle along with her father and mother-in-law, Alfred M. and Nelda Daigle. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 beginning at 9am until 11am at Holy Cross Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will start at 11am and Mayola will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the mass.
