Elise Marie Weaver

Elise Marie Weaver, 68, a lifelong resident of Morgan City, passed away, Monday, September 29, 2008. Elise was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Elise is survived by her three sons; Harold and his wife Venita Veillion, David and his wife Brenda Veillion, Michael and his wife Gwyn Veillion, her mother, Elise Marie Vicknair, two sisters, Agatha Wiggins and Carol Theriot, two brothers, LJ Vicknair and Edmond Vicknair Jr. Elise is also survived by 13 grandchildren: Russell Veillion, Gregory Veillion, Christopher Veillion, Ryan Veillion, Jill Veillion, Valerie Fredrick, Lonnie Veillion, Michael Veillion Sr., Natoshia Veillion, Misty Vaughn, Reba Josey, Earl B. Skeen Jr., Travis Skeen and 6 great-grandchildren: Madalyn Hebert, Ashlyn Vaughn, Gage Vaughn, Khloe’ Clemons, Khayren Josey and Eric Veillion. Elise was preceded in death by her father, Edmond Vicknair Sr. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Twin City Funeral Home from 6pm until 9pm. The visitation will resume on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 8am until 10am. A Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 10am with Father Greg Fratt officiating. Elise will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
