James Andrew Jackson April 14, 1945 January 05, 2015 James Andrew Jackson, 69, a resident of Morgan City and native of Columbus, Indiana passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015 at Teche Regional Medical Center. James served his country in the United States Nave during the Vietnam Conflict. He was very proud of his country and service to it. James had a unique sense of humor that made people feel comfortable around him. He will be missed by all who knew him. James is survived by his two sons: Randy Jackson of Morgan City and Dale Jackson and wife, Christina of Berwick; eight grandchildren and one sister, Mary Thibodeau of Bayou Vista. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Thelma Jackson and one sister, Ruth Jackson The family will observe a private memorial service at a later date.
