Lucille “Sue” Pellegrin

Lucille “Sue” Pellegrin, 79, a native of Ethel, MS and resident of Morgan City passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Ms. Sue was a God fearing woman who believed in the power of prayer and dedicated her life to looking after her family. She was a very compassionate woman who was full of grace and dignity. Ms. Sue was known for her wisdom and many enjoyed her motherly advice on life. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends.
Sue is survived by her two sons: Darrell Pellegrin Sr. and wife, Leona of Morgan City and Michael Pellegrin and wife, Tina of Morgan City; two daughters: Rhonda Comeaux and husband, Byron of Morgan City and Dana Jarman and husband, Gary of Morgan City; 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Pellegrin Jr.; her parents, Herman and Myrtle Duke; one brother, James Duke and three sisters: Louise Diaz, Sandy Morgan and Peggy Duke.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9, 2015 beginning at 5pm until 10pm at Twin City Funeral Home and will resume at Cornerstone Ministries on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 9am until time of service at 11am. Sue will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum following the service.
