Leonard Earl Anders May 26, 1927 June 15, 2015 Leonard E. Anders, 88, a native of Jackson, MS and resident of Houma passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Anders of Houma; one son, Victor Anders and wife, Shelly of Lafayette and one daughter, Deborah Anders of Lafayette; three step-children: Clinton Meyer and wife, Jeanette of Picayune, MS, Clayton Meyer and wife, Deborah of Slidell and Claudia Meyer and companion, Duke Neuenhaus of Chalmette; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and one sister, Lillian Ricardo of Jacksonville, Fl. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Bessie Anders; one brother, Herman Anders and one sister, Betty Anders. Visitation will take place at Twin City Funeral Home in Morgan City on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 starting at 10am until time of service at 12pm. Leonard will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the service. The East St. Mary Veterans Funeral Squad will conduct graveside military honors.
