Annabelle M. Falgout, 79, a resident of Morgan City passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at AMG Specialty Hospital in Houma.
Annabelle was born on October 16, 1935 in Pierre Part the daughter of Sidney Pete Aucoin and Lillian Hebert Aucoin.
Annabelle was a lover of anything she could do outdoors. She loved doing anything that she could in the boat and down the bayou with her sister Poochie. They would spend many hours hunting, fishing, frogging and crawfishing. Of all the things that Annabelle did in her life the thing she enjoyed the most was spending time with her family, but she especially loved spoiling her grandchildren.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by four children, Wilton Sampey and wife Joan of Berwick, Robert Sampey and wife Karen of Morgan City, Angela Sampey Richards and husband Dennis of Morgan City, Deidra Guidry and husband Calvin Jr. of Stephensville; three step daughters, Erma Williams, Waldine Dupre and Julianna Sampey; eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; one brother, Leonard Aucoin; two sisters, Mary Daigle and Fannie Leonard; numerous nieces and nephews.
Annabelle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Waldo Falgout; three brothers, Avery Leonard , Uhry Aucoin and Dalbas Hebert.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Twin City Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Annabelle will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery following the services.
