Juanita LeBlanc

Juanita B. LeBlanc, 87, a native of Algiers, LA, resident of Franklin and former resident of Morgan City, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Franklin Foundation Hospital. Juanita had a get sense of humor and enjoyed dancing. Juanita loved being with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her. Juanita is survived by her two daughters, Kathy Barrios of Houston, TX, Betsy Parro and her husband Donald of Franklin, one brother, Charles Brown of MO, five grandchildren, Paul Barrios, Kim Stroup, Mindy Andrews, Josh Opitz and Lena Osborne. 10 great grandchildren also survive her. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Bill LeBlanc, her parents, Robert and Juanita O’Donnell Brown, three brothers and a sister. The visitation will be held Thursday, April 9, 2009 at Twin City Funeral Home from 9am until 11am. Funeral services will commence at 11am with Deacon Dragna officiating. Juanita will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum.
