Garland Cutrera

Garland Marie Link Cutrera, 77, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Morgan City Healthcare Center surrounded by her loving family. Garland was born on October 19, 1938 in Baton Rouge the daughter of Thomas C. Link and Mary E. Womack Link. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Robert Joel Magee of Zachary; five step-daughters, Mary Beth Driskell of Morgan City, Penny C. Naquin of Thibodaux, Maria Cutrera Heymann of Jennings, Deidra C. Verdin of Patterson, Laura Cutrera of Morgan City; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; one brother, Thomas C. Link. Garland was preceded in death by her parents William T. and Mary E. Womack Link; husband Anthony J. Cutrera Sr.; step-son, Anthony J. "Boo" Cutrera; two sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Twin City Funeral Home with a visitation being held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Following the funeral services Garland will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery Mausoleum.
