George Walter Morrison

George Walter Morrison Sr, 73, a resident of Bayou Vista, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in his home surrounded by family. He was born on June 27, 1941, in Pennsylvania, the son of Walt and Helen McMasters. George was a loving father, grandfather and friend that will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He always had a smile on his face and a beer in his hand. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son, George Walter Morrison Jr. and wife Janice of Krotz Springs; daughters, Beverly Redmond and husband Jeremy of Toronto, Oh; Stephanie M. DelGiudice and husband Nick of Laplace, Melissa Morrison of Winnfield, LeAnn Arnold and husband Jason Aucoin of Bayou Vista; stepson, Bruce Austin and wife Syrina of Pollock; stepdaughter, Angela Rush and husband Keith of Pineville; and numerous extended family.
