Herbert Gussman

Herbert Gussman, 78, a resident of Morgan City, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born on May 26, 1937 in Morgan City, the son of Albert Gussman and Edna Giroir Gussman. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his one son, Darren Gussman and wife Debra of Schriever; two daughters; Cheryl Pitre of Breaux Bridge, and Cindy Gussman of Morgan City; two brothers, David Gussman, and Wade Gussman; four sisters, Jenny Berry, Judy Solar, Elaine Gussman, Sylvia Roques; seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Herbert is preceded in death by parents, Albert Gussman and Edna Giroir Gussman; brother, Raymond Gussman Sr; grandson, Glynn Carter; great granddaughter, Isabella Verrett; and son in law, Ray Pitre. In accordance with Herbert's wishes, no services will be arranged.
