Ronald Lee Wood

Ronald Lee Wood, 48, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at his home. Ronald was born on October 24, 1968 in Roanoke, Virginia the son of Beverly Wavel Wood and Memory Conley. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered his fiancé, Cecilla Saldivar of Morgan City; mother Memory Conley of La Porte, Indiana; three daughters, Lauren Wood of Rocky Mount, Virginia, Haleigh Wood and Samantha Wood both of Roanoke, Virginia; one sister, Susan Hale of Roanoke, Virginia, John Wood of Salem Virginia, Greg Wood of Roanoke, Virginia and Michael Wood of Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Ronald was preceded in death by his father Beverly Wavel Wood. A Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Christ Gospel Church in Patterson. The family invites everyone to bring your pictures of Ronald to share and you will also have the opportunity to share any of your favorite memories about Ronald. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Twin City Funeral Home and funeral services in Roanoke, Virginia have been entrusted to Oakey's Funeral Service and Crematory and are pending at this time.
