Laura Aucoin

Laura Aucoin, 77, a resident of Denham Springs, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Harvest Manor Nursing Home in Denham Springs. Laura was born on February 24, 1939 in Four Mile Bayou the daughter of Nelson Daigle and Lea Leonard Daigle. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three sons, Agna J. (A.J.) Hebert Jr. and wife Lisa of Denham Springs, Timmy Hebert Sr. and wife Cindy of Maurice, Jason Hebert and wife Traci of Denham Springs; one daughter, Joy Hebert McCartney and husband Billie of Denham Springs; 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; two brothers, Logan Daigle of Morgan City and Ernest Daigle and wife Sue of St. George Utah. Laura was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Lea Leonard Daigle; husbands, Agna J. (A.J.) Hebert Sr., Jeremiah "Jerry" Davis and Henry Aucoin; one brother, Marshall Daigle. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Holy Cross Catholic Church . A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2016 at Twin City Funeral Home with a rosary being prayed at 7:30 p.m. The visitation will resume on Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Following Mass Laura will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
