Betty “Debbo” Kelly, 79, a resident of Morgan City and a native of Shreveport, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2009 at MC Health Unit. “Debbo” lived life to the fullest and showed it every moment she could. She was a charter member of the Krewe of Galatea, and served 40 years in the Morgan City Legal field as a legal secretary and served as Clerk of Court for the Morgan City court.
