Norma Gros

Norma Jean Gros, 50, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Thursday April 27, 2017 at her home. Norma was born on October 31, 1966 in Paincourtville, the daughter of Clarence Adam Gros Sr. and Roseanna Verrett Gros. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by six siblings, Trudy Metrejean of Morgan City, Vickie Gros Taylor and husband Perry of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Everett Gros and wife Melinda of Pierre Part, Juliette Gros and Duane McClendon of Bayou L’Ourse, Robert Gros and Purcell Gros of Morgan City; a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Norma was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Roseanna Verrett Gros; one brother,Clarence “Poncho” Gros Jr. A memorial visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Twin City Funeral Home. Inurnment services will be held at a later date in the Morgan City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the family.
