Antoine Rodrigue

Antoine Rodrigue, 64, a resident of Morgan City and a native of Dulac, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2009 at Thiboduax Regional Medical Center. Antoine is survived by his wife, Brenda Prestenbach Rodrigue of Morgan City, four sons; Daniel Ackman of Berwick, Jeremy Ackman and his wife Amanda of Patterson, Ray Rodrigue and his fiancé Jessica of Morgan City, Jay Rodrigue and his fiancé Jennifer of Morgan City, five daughters; Tricia Rodrigue of Patterson, Missy Vining and her husband Glenn of Bayou L’Ourse, Amanda Vining and her husband Evy of Bayou L’Ourse, Jenny Mitchell and her husband Ben of Morgan City and Regina Hebert and her husband Willis of Bayou L’Ourse. Antoine is also survived by four brothers; Ernest, Albert and Horace Rodrigue all of Golden Meadow and Joe Rodrigue of Dulac, six sisters; Florence Leeds of Lake Charles, Mae Parfait of Dulac, Edelta Solet of Dulac, Mary Francis of Berwick, Esther Beniot of Amelia, Lorena Reed of Dulac, 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Antoine is preceded in death by his parents, Cyril and Albertine Francis Rodrigue, two sons, Chris Rodrigue and Antoine Rodrigue Jr., one brother, Norris Rodrigue, two grandsons, Jim Boudoin and Cyril Rodrigue. The visitation will be held Monday, December 21, 2009 at Holy Cross Catholic Church from 8am until 11am. A Mass of Christian Burial will commence at 11am.
