Eugene Adam Eues November 19, 1933 October 22, 2010 Eugene Adam Eues a native of Stephensville and a resident of Morgan City passed away on Friday, October 22, 2010 at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center. Eugene was an aviate fisherman who also enjoyed hunting. There was nothing that could compare to what he enjoyed the most and that was spoiling his grandchildren. Eugene was always a hard worker and believe in putting everything into what he was doing. He will be missed by all his family and friends. Eugene is survived by his wife, Beatrice Wiggins Eues of Morgan City; his son, Russell Eues of Morgan City; his daughter, Angela Eues Berthelot of Morgan City; five grandchildren: Sedonia Berthelot Lousteau and her husband, Paul of Berwick, Shaleah Berthelot Early and her husband, Chris of Copperas Cove, TX, Toni Marie Berthelot of Morgan City, Russell Eues and his wife, Tara of Patterson and Eric Eues and his wife, Jessy of Morgan City; six great grandchildren: Emily and Katy Lousteau, Kylie, Katelyn and Kaylee Eues and Kollan Savoie along with two great grandsons on the way. Eugene is also survived by one brother, Jimmie Eues of Stephensville; three sisters: Leatrice Acosta and her husband, Eroy of Stephensville, Viney Acosta and her husband, Nolan of Stephensville and Emilda Landry and her husband, U.J. of Pierre Part. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, Clement and Gladys Eues and two brothers: Russell and Irvin Eues. Visitation took place on Sunday, October 24, 2010 at Twin City Funeral Home which began at 6pm until 9pm and resume today, Monday, October 25, 2010 at 9am until 11:30am at Twin City Funeral Home. The service began at 11:30am and Eugene was laid to rest in the Morgan City Mausoleum following the service.
