Bobbie "Bobby" Joseph Bergeron

Bobbie Joseph Bergeron (Bo-yak) AKA (Bobby), 57, a resident of Morgan City, passed away December 2, 2021.

Bobby was born January 28, 1964, in Morgan City, the son of Donald Herbert Bergeron and Rose Elma Dinger.

Bobby loved to fish and tinker with projects from restoration to mechanic.  He had a servant’s heart and is known for helping strangers in whatever the need was. Often Bobby could be seen kneeling by an elder enjoying conversation about anything and everything. Bobby loved people, cooking, cleaning, and plants. He admired Elvis, John Travolta, and Bruce Lee. He was a great artist and dancer and at one time a good singer. Always had a smile and a joke.

Bobby will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his two daughters Jolene Esther Marie Frye of Patterson, Kayla Marie Bergeron of Thibodeaux; mother, Rose Elma Dinger of Patterson; four sisters, Donell Marie Carraway and husband Fred, Cheryl Lynn Bergeron of Bayou Vista , Tina Marie Weaver of Amelia, Dancy Lee Bergeron of Patterson; one brother, Eric Adam Bergeron and wife Ruby of Morgan City; two stepsisters, Geraldine Soto and husband Albert of Patterson, Darlene Frye and husband Bill of Patterson, one stepbrother, Gerald Guillory Jr and wife Adrianna; sister in law, Terri Lynn Bergeron; four grandsons: Francisco Romero Sierra, Isaiah Lorenzo Soto, Jeremiah Anthony Soto, and Greyson Paul Benoit; numerous nieces and nephews.

Bobby was met in Heaven by his father, Donald Bergeron; stepfather, Warren Bartley Sr; sister, Theresa Anne Bergeron, brother, Allen Joseph Bergeron (T boy).

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 pm., on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Twin City Funeral Home with a memorial service being held at 4:00 p.m.
