Cheryl Ann Tabor

Cheryl Ann Francis Tabor, 61, a resident of Bayou Vista, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at her home.

Cheryl was born on October 5, 1959 in Morgan City, the daughter of Donald Francis Sr. and Wilma Boudreaux Francis.

Cheryl loved her family and friends and cherished the moments she was able to spend with them. She always had a way of making people laugh, especially when they needed it most. She enjoyed flowers and loved playing the poker machines.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by five children, Star Tabor Stone and husband Boyd, Henry “Bubba” Tabor Jr., Stacey Tabor, all of Morgan City, Amber Anslum and companion Brian Purvis of Thibodaux, David Mire of Morgan City; five grandchildren, Eric Stone and fiancé Kara Hebert, Jordin Stone and fiancé Earl Johnson III, Kasidy Hebert, Tré Hebert and Braden Soto; one great granddaughter Everleigh Stone; three sisters, Linda Wedig and husband Brian of Berwick, Judy Johnson of Morgan City, Carla Baker and husband Mike of Berwick.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry Tabor Sr.; two brothers, Wilbur Francis and Donald Francis Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Twin City Funeral Home with a visitation being be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service and following the services, Cheryl will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
