Dalaina Marie Rentrop

Dalaina Marie Rentrop, 28, a resident of Bayou L’Ourse, passed away on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.

Dalaina was born on February 1, 1993 in Houma, the daughter of Mark A. Rentrop Sr. and Katrina Robin.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons, Cody Rentrop of Opelousas and Kevin Jennings Jr. of Bayou L’Ourse; one brother, Mark A. Rentrop Jr of Bayou L’Ourse; her father, Mark A. Rentrop Sr. of Bayou L’Ourse; her mother, Katrina Robin of Covington; paternal grandparents, Harold and Jeannette Rentrop of Bayou L’Ourse; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Sarah Alleman of Arnaudville; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Twin City Funeral Home with a visitation being held from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Following the service, committal services will be conducted in the St. Andrew Catholic Cemetery by Father Joe Chacko.
