Ernest Paul Stratton Jr.

Ernest Paul Stratton Jr., 58, a residence of Berwick, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020.

Ernest was born February 28, 1962, the son of Ernest Paul Stratton Sr. and Shirley Posten Thompson.

Ernest was a commercial fisherman his whole life, working with his father every day. He also enjoyed hunting.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his father, Ernest Stratton Sr. and step-mother, Susie Stratton of Beriwck; two brothers, Alfred Stratton and wife Cindy of Lafayette, Gene Stratton Sr. and wife Amanda of Patterson; six sisters, Agnes Smith and husband Jeremiah of Baldwin, Pamela Hubler of Berwick, Kathleen Stratton of Texas, Christine Crane of Centerville, Rebecca Concienne and husband Sullivan of Mississippi, and Brenda Stratton of Berwick; one uncle, Wayne Stratton; two aunts, Patricia Lombas and Judy Leal; numerous nieces and nephews.

Ernest was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Posten Thompson; grandmother, Enora Poche; step-grandfather, George Ribardi Sr.; brother, Lonnie Stratton.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made directly to Twin City Funeral Home.
