Janet Carol Hufstetler

Janet Carol Hufstetler, 56, a resident of Morgan City, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center in Houma.

Janet was born on November 5, 1962 in Tampa, Florida, the daughter of Jack Clifford Hufstetler and Iline Wright Hufstetler.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Malcolm Patterson of Morgan City; two daughters, Casey Garner and husband Larry of Belle River, Katie Hufstetler of Charenton; five grandchildren, Cole Garner, Miley Hatfield, Rylee Hatfield, Bentley Hatfield and Beckham Hatfield; numerous nieces and nephews and their children, whom she always treated as her own.  

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Iline Wright Hufstetler; four siblings, Mark Hufstetler, Larry Hufstetler, John Hufstetler and Brenda Hufstetler.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
