John Patrick "JP" Williams

John Patrick "JP" Williams, 61, of Morgan City, passed away on January 26, 2024, in Gonzales, Louisiana. He was born on May 9, 1962.

JP was a beloved husband to Yolonda ; cherished father to John Jr, Samantha, Jeana, and Salena. He was also a dear brother to Delia, Virgie, Samuel, Tommie, and James. JP adored his grandchildren John III ,Tina, Makayla, Rhyan Jr, James, Olivia, Elliott, Levi, Frank, Isabella and 8 others. As well as a great grandchild John IV.

In his career, JP found great success and fulfillment as a tug boat captain for many years. His dedication and skill in this role were admired by all who knew him.

JP was known for his lively and caring personality. He was the life of the party, always ready to make everyone laugh with his goofy antics. JP cherished spending time with his family and friends, and his love for travel knew no bounds.

JP could often be found pursuing his hobbies of motorbike riding, partying,hunting and fishing. These activities allowed him to connect with nature and unwind.

JP was greeted in Heaven by his former wives Tina Williams and Jenie Williams, his father Sammy Williams, his mother Rita Rebardi, and his angelic grandchild Kira Williams , as well as his sisters Susan Williams and Rita Williams, who had gone before him.

JP is deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory live on in the hearts of everyone.
