Jonathan Lee Hudson

Jonathan “Jon” Lee Hudson, 34, a resident of Thibodaux, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the New Orleans University Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.

Jon was born March 28, 1989, in Morgan City, the son of Arthur Lee Hudson and Rhonda Pellegrin Comeaux.

Jon was a jack of all trades; he could take apart and put back together anything he was given. He especially loved working on project trucks. He was an animal lover and loved his fur-babies. Jon was the sweetest, most reliable person you could have ever met, with the kindest heart. The love that he had for his wife and children was unmatchable, he believed in family first and his motto was “Love is Sweet.”

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Shaketha Lovings Hudson; mother, Rhonda Pellegrin Comeaux and husband Byron (his one and only Bubba); father, Arthur Lee Hudson; children, Amber, Michael, Darian, and Javon; siblings, Brandon, Kenneth and wife Katelyn, and Ricky; nieces, Ryanne, Rylee, Elizabeth and Kynzlee and Kaydence; nephews, Dane and Lane; great niece, Evangeline “Kiwi.” He will also be missed by his uncles, aunts, and cousins, especially Stephen and Cody.

Jon was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; brother Nik; sister, Shameka; uncle, Ricky.

A memorial visitation will be held Friday, June 2, 2023, at Twin City Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
