Juanita A. Voisin

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juanita Ann Voisin on March 22, 2025, at the age of 72. Juanita was born on May 13, 1952, in Morgan City, Louisiana, she was a resident of Hammond, LA. She was a member of Twin City Full Gospel Church.

Juanita leaves behind a loving family, including her brothers Joe and Jimmy Voisin, her niece Angela Kemp and her husband Peter. Great niece Monique and a host of nieces and nephews. She was a cherished sister and aunt, and her kindness and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

To honor her life, a graveside service will take place at Morgan City Cemetery on March 25, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to come together to celebrate Juanita’s life and share their fond memories.

Juanita may have left this world, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Rest in peace, dear Juanita.

Juanita was preceded in death by parents - Alvida Verrett Voisin, Columbus Voisin, brothers - Junius, Thomas, Andrew C., Glenn, Peter, Donald and Sheldon, sisters - Gertrude, Sadie, Linda, Barbara and Mary Jane.
