Margaret Scully Leleaux

Margaret Scully Leleaux, 82, a resident of Morgan City, passed away peacefully, Saturday, February 25, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Margaret was born February 8, 1941, in Stephensville, the daughter of Herbert Scully and Mable Simoneaux Scully.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 66 years, Rodney Leleaux of New Orleans, two sons, Ricky Leleaux and wife Donna of Bridge City, David Leleaux and Corrine Mc Glamery Leleaux of New Orleans; two sisters, Vin-mae Scully Trosclair and Gail Scully; three grandchildren, Chantell, Dustin, and Danielle Leleaux; seven great-grandchildren, Dustin Leleaux, Neveah Canata, Carson Caygle, Ian Bonilla, Addison Smith, Toby Leleaux, and Sebastion Mc Glamery.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Mable Scully; 11 siblings, two grandsons, Brandon Leleaux and Sebastion Mc Glamery, one great-granddaughter, Breanna Carbo.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m., Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 4, 2023, at Twin City Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m., until the time of services. After services, Margaret will be laid to rest at the Morgan City Cemetery.
