Mary Freeman

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Freeman, who departed this world on May 28, 2024, in Morgan City, LA. Born on August 21, 1948, in Monahans, TX, Mary Freeman touched the lives of all those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Mary was known for her love of horror books and movies, which always kept her entertained. She was a woman of simple pleasures, Mary found joy in the great outdoors, especially in her passion for camping.

Mary leaves behind her beloved husband, Robert Freeman, her cherished daughters, Susie Freeman and spouse Glen B. Crawford and Marilyn Ackman and husband Micheal, her dear brother, Wayne Aucoin, as well as her adored grandchildren, Louis Aucoin III and Brandon Freeman; one sister Cathy Aucoin.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents Elmar and Mary Sheppard; one son, Jimmy Freeman; two brothers, Donald Sheppard, David Aucoin.
