Michael John Savoie

Michael John Savoie, 56, a resident of Berwick, passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021, at his home. Michael was born November 17, 1965, in Franklin, the son of Ulyless Savoie and Imogene Arceneaux Savoie. Michael loved spending time with his family, it didn’t matter what they were doing, as long as they were all together. Michael enjoyed barbequing, fishing, crabbing and playing golf. He was a movie fanatic, knowing everything about a movie. He enjoyed reading and always had music playing. He loved his fur-babies. Michael enjoyed telling jokes and lived life to the fullest. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Christina “Christy” Charpentier Savoie of Berwick; three sons, Blaze Charpentier of Bayou Vista, Shannon Savoie of Berwick, Seth Savoie and Brandi of Bayou L’Ourse; one brother, Ulyless “Joey” Savoie and wife Aundrea of California; one sister, Sharron Browning and husband Dennis of Arkansas; three grandchildren, Ryleigh Charpentier, Alexander McMichael, and Aleah Savoie. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Ulyless and Imogene Savoie; brother, Richard “Richie” Savoie; two grandchildren, Xander Savoie and Nathan Savoie. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Military honors will be rendered after the services at Twin City Funeral Home.
