Michael "Putt" Schulmeister

Michael "Putt" Schulmeister, 54, passed away on October 14, 2023, in Morgan City, LA.

 "Putt" loved spending time with his family, fishing, drinking and watching saints games with his friends.
 
Michael is survived by his son - Brandon Crochet, daughter-in-law - Amber Tretheway, special companion - Angela Crochet, sister-in-law - Charlotte Crochet, step-sons - Drake and Cayden Charpentier, brothers - Frank Schulmeister, Herman Rock and Roy Rock (Ann Hough), sister - Pamela Schahn (Alfonso). As well as numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Michael is preceded in death by his father - Matthias Schulmeister, mother - Gladys Barta, sons - Corey Crochet and Derrick Charpentier, sister - Deborah Rock, nieces - Janet and Melissa Orgeron, nephew - Ryan Rock, grandparents - Adolph Barta and Adolphine Barta, Fred and Anna Schmidt.
 
The visitation will be held Friday, October 20, 2023, from 9:00am until 11:00am at Twin City Funeral Home. The funeral service will commence at 11:00am at Twin City Funeral Home.  A burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery.
