Ronnie Jude Chaisson

The Chaisson Family suffered a great loss the morning of November 17, 2017 when they lost a loving son, husband, brother, and uncle at the young age of 56 when Ronnie Jude Chaisson passed away at his home. Ronnie was known by many as a kind man with a loving and giving heart, especially his family and pets, Swamp Bear and Buddy. He will be remembered as a loving person willing to help everyone he knew and didn’t know. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Laurel Chaisson; his mother, Patricia Chaisson Kennedy; Siblings Bryan Chaisson, Sr., Nolan Chaisson, Jr., Nathalie Chaisson, Michael Chaisson, Ray Chaisson, Sr., Denise Chaisson, Julius Chaisson, and James Chaisson; 6 sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; nieces and nephews; 14 great nieces, 17 great nephews, 1 great-great nephew; one Godchild, Raechelle Gonzales, and many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his dad, Nolan Joseph Chaisson, Sr.; brother, Wallace Paul Chaisson; sister, Suzette Chaisson Johnston; step dad, Keith Kennedy; grandparents, Kirby and Odeal Chaisson and Paul and Alberta Aucoin; step grandmother, Rosa Mae Aucoin; one great nephew, Braden James Chaisson; and other family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017 at St. Andrew Catholic Church with a visitation being held from 9:00 a.m. until Mass time. Pallbearers will be James Chaisson Sr., Bryan Chaisson, Jr., Nolan Leon Chaisson, Nolan Joseph Chaisson, III, William Johnston IV, and Garrett Topham.
